Oh no! Your Maria embroidery kit isn’t what you expected or didn’t make you smile?
Don’t worry, you can always return or exchange it: it’s easy.

To request an exchange or return, just send us an email at [email protected] so we can follow up on your request and guide your Maria kit back home.

The kit must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and within 15 days of receiving your order.

Et voilà! Your Maria kit is all set for its return journey.

Maria Atelier does not assume liability for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment if you choose to send it autonomously.

Once we receive the kit and confirm its condition, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Please note: any customized embroidery kits are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Also, digital products such as PDF patterns or downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
