Which payment methods are available?
You can pay using Credit Card, PayPal, or MB Way. Previously purchased Gift Cards are also accepted.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders over €150.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Maria Atelier is not responsible for any customs duties on shipments outside the European Union.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via CTT, MRW, DHL Parcel, or DHL Express, depending on the destination.
If you’d like to confirm the shipping company used for your order, feel free to contact us by email ([email protected]) or through social media.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email, which will also be available in your Customer Area.

How long will it take to ship my order?
All of our embroidery kits are carefully assembled by hand.
Processing and shipping may take up to 7 business days, depending on order volume.
If you need your order by a specific date, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to check if that’s possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
Custom or made-to-order products can only be canceled before production has started.

To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide, always with care and love.


Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, within 13 days of receiving the order.
  • If the return is made independently, Maria Atelier is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • You can contact us at [email protected] to request a return label, the first return is free.

How do I request an exchange?
Send us an email at [email protected] including your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and what you’d like to receive in return (design, size, etc.).
You can also make this request in your Customer Area.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used.

Are there exceptions?

  • Customized items are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Digital products (such as downloadable embroidery files or templates) are not refundable once delivered.
